Treat an APK update like a software change

Before installing a new file, compare the version number with the one already on the phone and download from the same verified source whenever possible. An update sent through a random group message deserves more scrutiny than an in-app notice that points back to the known domain.

A payment partner may be added, removed or temporarily unavailable. That can affect deposit and withdrawal times even when the game itself has the same version. Check the available rail at the time of the transaction rather than relying on an old screenshot.

Payment updates can alter minimum withdrawals, daily caps or supported beneficiary types. Check these values before depositing under the assumption that the older rules still apply. A change from UPI to bank-only payout, for example, may also introduce new name-matching checks.
